It is close to LAX and easy to park The drivers and employees are friendly no matter the time.
We used the Parking Spot in Charlotte while we were out of the country for 12 days. The shuttle was right on point when we arrived to take us to the airport as well as being there when we got back. Got a great price for covered parking while we were gone. My only complaint is that the parking areas are not marked well. We had covered in Section I and we found that section only by riding the lot because it turned out to be in what they had labeled as Premium, not by the Section Number until we found hidden it in the Premium section. Also one section marked Exit was closed out and we had to turn around and go back to another exit.
Other than being a clearly labeled lot, I highly recommend using it. Easy in,easy out and great service.
Everything is so easy to access, from booking, payment, parking, riding the shuttle, a very smooth experience.
