When ADA is needed, they will drive your car to the terminal and come pick you up. This is necessary because our son is quite heavy and getting him into and out of the shuttle is prohibitive.

The pickup and drop off have been much better the past couple of years. There have only been a couple of times that we have had to wait more than 10 minutes for either shuttle.
I had an issue with my reservation and payment upon leaving at the end of our trip. (It said that we parked in the wrong area and had to pay a balance of $104. This was incorrect because I parked where I was instructed in the covered parking area and I explained this to the attendant.) The attendant at the exit had it resolved in about 1 minute and we were headed home.
