My last visit there was an issue. When I arrived, self park, a driver in van said go to row BB and bus will pick you up there. I went to row BB, parked and unloaded luggage and waited, and waited, and waited. 20 minutes later I walked to front gate to get on bus. I’m 68, a long walk carrying luggage. I saw many buses circle lower letter rows but did not come near BB. I waved but no one saw me. A bit frustrating to say the least. I am not a complainer but feel management needs to know when operations fall short. I will still use your company, this is the first time I’ve ever had an issue. Sincerely Name removed

I love The Parking Spot and use it everytime I fly out of BWI. It is really easy, convenient, and I feel like my car is safer there. The drivers are all super friendly and genuinely seem interested in the passengers. It is also very affordable if you book early.
