The shuttles are fast and the drivers are friendly . It’s a very large lot and I like that it’s covered . Ideally, it would be covered like the one at DFW off 114 near Airfield Drive with one big roof but the carport design is cool too.

Driver comes immediately to take luggage from the car to the van and upon return they take you to the rear of your car and load luggage into the car!!!

The Parking Spot has a convenient location to the airport. I do wish that pick-up once I park my car was a bit more organized and faster at the Atlanta location. In Houston they radio the drivers and tell them what rows have someone neededing to be picked up. In Atlanta I have often just stood by my vehicle (in the heat) waiting to the point I almost called them on the phone. Eventually I flag someone down. That would be the only negative. Pick up at the airport itself is fast and my vehicle is always in good condition when I return.
