The overall service, starting from reservation to parking , pick up and check out. The service is very fast, no wait for the shuttles to be picked up to and from airport, employee are very courteous and helpful.

Prompt service, the bus picked us up after parking within minutes and there was one at the airport when we walked out. App allows shuttle tracking if needed, very helpful. Driver was courteous and helped with our luggage. Really like the indoor parking option with the Chicago winter weather.

Not having to deal with airport parking plus being shuttled to and from the airport does it for me. Oh and also being able to park under a covered spot and know that my vehicle is safe.

I’ve used the Parking Spot many times and always recommend to family and friends. It’s clean, secure and so far all drivers have been nice and professional. I have never had any issues and their app is easy to navigate too.

Convenient and relatively inexpensive. Most importantly, every staff member I interacted with was professional, personal, and very helpful. This was my first experience with "The Parking Spot."

Aside from the place being covered and safe for passengers' vehicle, the seattle service are a huge plus having drivers that are polite kind ,helpful and respectful. You don't have to ask them to help you with your luggages. They automatically get down from their vehicle and help you bring your luggages up to or down from the seattle service. The seattle service are always on time too enabling you to be in the sirport on time.

Easy to get into a parking spot. Bus is always there waiting for departure and upon arrival I am able to notify for pickup. Love this!

I love it, parking made easy and essentially safe. The shuttle is there in seconds after you have removed your luggage from the vehicle. And the price for covered parking is not bad at all...of course, The Parking Spot has some kind of discount savings going on, so the cost of parking is not bad at all.

The drivers are always polite and courteous. Using the app, I can always get pretty accurate pick-ups.

Couple of things you need to fix:

1. Last time I had my care detailed the change bag I kept in my center counsel disappeared. It probably had around $20 in change in it. I didn't notice until about a week later when I went to use a parking meter.

2. When you exit you need to fix right at the street. The cowling under my front grill has a permanent scratch from scrapping there,
