I like the fact that the bus picks you up right at your car to take you to the terminal and how it returns you right back to your car. The drivers are friendly and I have always had a driver offer to help me get my suitcase on and off the bus.

Need to push MDW for better signage upon leaving Entrance #5 to Garage - no obvious where the shuttle will pick up. Also, the time to/from the terminal can vary greatly with time of day/traffic, etc.
