I love not having to drive to Pittsburgh International Airport and search for a parking space. For the past few years, we have been paying the much higher daily rate to park in the covered areas of the Short Term Lot connected to the airport, but during peak travel it can be difficult, if not impossible, to find a space. I love being able to drive into your facility and be directed to the aisle where there are open spaces. Then being driven to and from the airport in your very nice shuttles by your very courteous, efficient, and helpful drivers is wonderful! I also appreciate being dropped off at the airport entrance designated for the airline I am taking. And, your prices are very reasonable. Thank you for the service you provide, and please keep up the good work!

I love that it’s covered parking - I don’t like my car baking in the sun for 2 weeks, or finding it covered in snow/ice. It’s nice to be able to track the shuttles, so I can wait inside if I need to. I do think that a third shuttle would be good - last trip, the shuttle filled up, had to wait awhile for the next one.
