The Parking Spot 2 never disappoints. The staff is always courteous and professional. They pick you up right at your vehicle, so you never have to worry about loading or unloading your bags. The ride is always smooth, and while some drivers are more talkative than others, every single one is respectful and pleasant. A consistently great experience from start to finish.

very convenient. The van is there to pick you up as soon as you park your car. It's at the airport waiting for you when you arrive. Our last driver took total care of our luggage for us even putting it in the trunk of my car.
I had left my phone on the trunk of my car and wallet in the car and thr Parking Spot sent a driver back over to the airport and picked us up and took us all the way back to our car so we can grab those items and then back to the airport. That is awesome customer service right there!!
