Friendly staff team - the driver, the valet - always very helpful and always service with a smile. And this is true whether its the Parking Spot at Haynes or the Parking Spot at Bradley Airport in Windsor Locks.
Many things. 1) You have the parking organized so I don't waste time looking for a spot. 2)The shuttle comes right to my car. 3) Making a reservation is easy and with the QR card I don't have to fumble around looking for a credit card. This also speeds up entry and exit. Love it! 4) Security. One day after I returned I had dropped my keys and they had gone under my vehicle. I was down on my knees getting the keys when a security man stopped to see if I needed any help! I was very impressed. 5) The drivers are always nice and helpful. 6) Love getting the card with the spot I parked so I don't have to remember where I parked the car.
The only improvement would be covered parking for all!

I have been parking with the Spot for 22 years. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The drivers wait until you are in your car, and it has started. They offer water at the exit gate as well.
We love how easy the process is. Especially pre-paying. Just scan and park. Within minutes our pick up was at our spot. Prompt pick up to and room airport.
It was nice being under cover. Like being able to reserve my spot in advance. The employees there were very friendly and helpful.
The van service is prompt and the driver very helpful with my luggage and so courteous.

We have no issues with the parking. The last two drivers are not steady smooth drivers. They hit the gas causing all the passengers to rock back and forth alot
