Fast convenient friendly
Because the Parking Spot shuttle almost always ready to take me to the terminal in 10 minutes or less, I prefer to drive an extra 20 miles to fly out of Midway Airport.
Easy process
First time using it, and Im pleasantly surprised of easy the whole process was. All you do reserve, park, fly, come back.

The van driver who was picking up on Easter Sunday night (white man) was extremely nice and helpful.
Driver gave lots of helpful information and up to date on airport ever changing routes and loading areas and nice.
