Guest Testimonials
Very convenient, friendly and courteous drivers (MUCH preferred over on-airport parking drivers)
Very convenient.
Promptness to and from the airport
Friendly check in attendant and front desk
Convenient, phone app, frequent shuttle
It is company approved.
Always professional drivers who offer bag assistance with a smile!!!
The app is easy to use and the rates are reasonable with several parking lots to choose from.
Easy to reserve. Good pricing. Short waits for pick up.
It is close
everything
Fast in and out of the parking lot and the van gets to the airport quickly too. I love the online reservations and scanning in and out.
The staff really tries hard to provide excellent service. I appreciate the help with my luggage and love the valet service rather than being dropped in the parking lot, especially at night (although the lots do seem secure). Great job.
Great security and services
Convenience!
Easy entry and exit. No wait for the bus at the lot or at the airport
I have already submitted a review concerning my Aug 5th return to Parking Spot 2.
Lawrence was my hero. Always leave 5 star reviews for Parking Spot. This one needed the options of a 10 star submission.
Easy to access and close to airport
You are very reliable, and keep us from having to drive in the horrible conditions and traffic around Nashville Airport.
I like leaving my vehicle parked at JFK Spot. The covered extra wide parking is especially convenient.
The transfer vehicles are quick and drivers are helpful and safe.
It was easy to book on line and the driver was very good. Pick up was easy too.
Your service is all great
Shuttle service is the best all driver are courteous
My only complaint is last time I parked there my truck got hit on front $1800 damage. I called immediately so as I seen damage when I got home I called immediately guy basically told me too BAD
But that almost swayed me to go across the street to park
Quick and convenient
Very friendly people. Speedy service: even at night I don't have to wait long for a shuttle. Love the free water
convenience, friendly staff
Everything is well organized, you don't have to wait long for the shuttle, it's very convenient. I always use The Parking Spot South. (I tried the West side once and will never go back.)
