Drivers were accommodating and timely.
How easy it was
They’re quick and everyone is nice! We’ve used them for years and no problem!
Ease of in. Out
Great shuttle service
Other than the signage advising outdoor parkers how to exit, service was easy, parking easy, payment easy.
Speed and location to the airport
Very convenient and easy.
Fast easy and no delays getting to and from the lot to the airport
Door to door shuttle service. Friendly and helpful staff. Less expensive than Airport lots.
Usually very reliable and a quick and easy way to get to the airport worry free
Last time I parked there, I waited over 20 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up. Normally, they are waiting by the car as I get my luggage out. I had to call the number and luckily someone answered and send a shuttle to pick me up.
Organized and so helpful!
Your staff quickly arrived to jump our car after we returned from a trip to find that our battery was completely dead!
Car is located in covered parking garage
Easy to book online & good service door to door.
Very easy getting in and out of. friendly people
Pick up from your car and pick up from the airport are pretty quick. Also getting to your car from the airport is really nice because of the number on the ticket also upon exiting water available and a car wash coupon
The people that helped us were fantastic. Prepaying for parking was really nice.
Quick, easy and friendly drivers.
Prompt service, right to the car!
Good experience with The Parking Spot, quick pick up both ways. It's nice to have pleasant drivers too.. Plus, Airport pickup timing is huge. Nobody wants to wait 30 minutes for pickup like some of the other hotel services.
