I've used Parking Spot each time I've flown out of Atlanta and it's always been great. However, I wish i would have been told that you don't pick up from the International Terminal, it was an ordeal to get back to my car on my last trip.

Parking there is so easy. I book online, get a parking pass that I scan when entering the parking lot. I never wait more than a few minutes for the shuttle bus to arrive and drive me to the airport but first they give you a card with your parking spot written on it!

The shuttles are usually pretty quick to pick you up at the parking lot. If you come in late on a flight in the evening there can be a longer wait.

Everything was great - reservations, discounts, drive in to my parking spot. Leaving the lot at nigh was difficult. There needs to be more signs directing people to the exits. More lighting at night.

Super accommodating. recently I was traveling with my disabled mother with our own personal wheelchair, and the driver was very gracious and patient. He went out of his way to ensure our trip started on the right note.
