It is fast and convenient. It has always been great until this last week. We pulled up to the gate and there was nobody in sight. I had covered self park so I drove onto the lot and parked in almost the same spot we park all the time. After our vacation, we got our car and couldn’t get out of the parking lot because the gate said I parked in the wrong area, so I looked for someone and nobody was there. The gate said I need to pay an additional $28, so I did and the gate opened. I parked self park in covered, so I have no idea why I had to pay $28 extra?

I like the convenience of the location to get to the airport and I get picked up quickly.
The parking spot provided great convenience by shuttling us to and from the airport directly to our car. It was easy to use the app to register and to arrange her pickup.
Check in /check out is easy. I only wish all the drivers had their QR code to click on for tips. Could there be an easier way to access tips on the app when a QR code is not available?

The staff were very accommodating, parking was easy, and this service is very convenient. I love how the shuttle stops at each individual car for easy pickup and drop off within the lot. Communication between lot staff and driver makes it worry-free for the patrons who are parking. And the free bottles water on the way out put the cherry on top. This was definitely an easy part of our traveling experience. I will be using Parking Spot in the future, and have already recommended it.

Parking is easy to get to, right off the interstate. Easy to use the app, service is great. Picked up to take to the terminal in a few minutes of parking. There is always a bus ready to take me back to my car when I land. I use the covered parking. Nice when it is raining or snowing.
The shuttle drivers are efficient and friendly, pretty darn quick about getting you to the airport! . Prepay is the way to go. Rates stay competitive since the Canopy across the street tries for my business but still parking at spot west!
