I was picked up immediately where I parked, didn't have to hunt for a shuttle. The driver gave me a little card with my parking space written on it so I could remember it upon my return.
When I got home, a shuttle driver for another parking spot actually volunteered to take myself and others to parking spot 3 instead of his own route to help out and it was cold. It was a very kind gesture. I love using the Parking Spot. Easy and convenient!

Fast pickup good prices
We have used Parking Spot several times. We like the covered parking, and the fast and friendly shuttle service to the airport. When we return to the airport, even if it is after midnight, we just call for the shuttle and it picks us up within 15 minutes. I like that I can track where the shuttle is on the app. And, most of all, the price is reasonable.
