No issues to book your spot for to pay online. No issues when showing up to drop off vehicle or when being picked up at the airport upon flight arrival. Wonderful service. Thank you! Make sure you either download the App or save your registration via Apple Wallet to have your QR code accessible when you shop up. Save the card they give you as you will need it upon arrival, so Driver knows which room to drop you off at where your vehicle is parked.
I love the ease of entry /exit with my spot club card. There is always lots of great spots in the ramp and the prices are reasonable.

I was traveling solo with an infant and quite a bit of gear. On both sides of my trip, both drivers were beyond helpful. They were patient with us when I had to take the car seat out of my car and then again when I had to break down the stroller so we could load up on the bus. In a time when kindness & patience sometimes feel like afterthoughts, I was so struck by the kindness these 2 men showed my son & I.
I feel my car is safe and your shuttle is timely. When we came back from our flight a Parking Spot van was there waiting!
