Your service is easy to book prior to travel. Wait times, leaving the lot and coming back, are very reasonable. The drivers are polite and helpful.
One note, I did see someone needlessly take an extra round trip to the airport because the explanation of your airline is on the other side (without the explicit statement that you should walk to the other side because the shuttle wasn't going there) was unfortunate.
I won't hesitate to book again!

It was nice having it undercover and out of the sun. We were supposed to park in Spot 3 but it filled up and we were told to go to Spot 2. There was a problem at checkout and the attendant solved the problem.

It’s automated and easy to schedule. Your buses get us to the airport and back quickly and easily. Love the bottles of water too!!

I have had to travel out of state very frequently for the past 5 months to care for a sick family member, and I have been very happy with the service I have received. I have had the shuttle driver, Jamal T., several times in the past few months and he is always very kind and courteous.

I like the self-park parking and the nice-sized parking spaces. I also like the Parking Spot app alerting the shuttle drivers that someone is waiting at a pickup spot.

It's always so satisfying to know that The Parking Spot always offers great services for our vehicle while we're gone. From the ease of booking a reservation to the smooth shuttle to and from the airport and the easy check-out procedure, this is one less thing to worry about when planning a vacation. Plus, it is a fantastic value in comparison to ride sharing services that now cost a lot more due to high gas prices.

This time when we used parking spot we were picked up extremely fast and dropped off at the airport. I still agree there needs better signage with the construction.
Upon returning there was a bus who showed up quickly but there was double the people waiting who could fit on the bus. Another bus came within 5 minutes so it wasn't a huge deal but I will say I very much dislike the way pickup from the airport works. We were there when the first bus arrived. We would have been the next family to get on, but it became full. So we wait. During the 5 minute wait another plane must have arrived so again an abundance of people. When there isn't an exact place to pick up it becomes hard to know where to stand. We stayed where we were and when the next bus arrived it parked about 10 feet short of us (we would have been if the bus pulled up as far as it could on the curb there) so then other start to get on the bus first even though they haven't been waiting as long. I feel like the airport should have a sign for each company to stop and then we would know we are truly at the "parking spot" pick up and not have to wonder if it will be here or there or there.

The ease of parking and the helpful attendants. My only thing was I didn't receive my 2 free days. Besides that. Great place
