Once you have learned the ropes, the reservations and parking is simple.

Its always easy to park and ride over. But it's gotten even better since the upgrades. I like that I can pay and scan at the gate. I like that we just open the app and we have a driver notified. No more calling that is awesome. Great experience, Great Drivers!

Everything was great except the international terminal pickup on our return. We had a long wait for the bus and there were so many people waiting we couldn't get on the bus when it arrived. Had to wait on another bus so we waited probably 45 minutes to an hour.

I was at the facility in the wee hours, as early as 5:00 a.m., and I returned at midnight. I felt very safe at the facility. I did not wait long for the van, even for my return (and didn't need to call). Very pleased with the drivers. Check-in and out were seamless.
