We had the best experience when we arrived back at BWI after 14 days when we got picked up by “CJ” who greeted us very professionally. He told us he was going to take care of our luggage that we could get on the bus and relax ! After a short ride to the lot while he gave us some of the hints on reservations for busy times coming , he delivered us to our car . He got all of our bags off the bus and then carefully loaded them into our car and then waited until we had the car started before saying good bye. We could not have asked for better service !

Drivers are courteous, online reservation process is fairly simple, appreciate the bottled water availability during the exit, proximity to the airport, and the ease of the shuttle coming to your vehicle within the parking facility.

Teddy was our driver upon return from our trip. He was very helpful in getting our luggage on and off the shuttle with a smile. He also drove around looking for our car as we misplaced our ticket. We thoroughly enjoyed our interaction with him.

Easy to park and get to the airport and pick up and delivered to my car is just as easy. Very short wait times.

I used the parking spot fly It was the closest parking lot to the airport. We didn't have to wait long for the shuttle service just a minute or two and the driver was very nice.
