Clean products with excellent customer service. Our tech who came out was professional, clean and very polite. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get there carpets cleaned.

He cleaned two of our dining room chair seats, I should have had him clean three.
If at all possible, if he’s in the area again, could he clean this third seat? It only took him about 15 minutes to do the two. Our error, we would pay him to return.

The product is clear, leaves no residue, no caustic aftermath. I understand as much as I can about the processed water. I do like the "scotch guard" option for areas of need.

Good stain removal results, but tech forgot to brush out the lines his tool left in the carpet. Otherwise a “10”!
Zerorez did a great job explaining the cleaning process with a very optimistic attitude and did the job wonderfully, I would highly recommend this company for cleaning your carpet.
The guy who came to my home to clean my Persian carpets recommended taking them in to the facility to be cleaned. I agreed since it seemed you would do a better job there, for a bit less money, but when I looked at the revised invoice you guys sent me, it said you would not guarantee that my carpets would not be damaged. He failed to mention that. He was a very nice guy, and I trust him, but that information should not have been left out!!!
Technician was very professional. Answered all of our questions and made sure to understand our concerns and expectations.
Steve explained about products he was going to use and asked about any that I may have used for spot cleaning. He also explained the cost of extra products and the total of everything in case I wanted to change or cancel. My carpet looks really good and feels good on bare feet, I never wear shoes in the house. He was kind enough to even carry in my heavy dog food order box and put it inside my front door.
I only wished that when I paid my invoice I could have given him a tip for his hard work, he certainly deserved one.

We had a great experience with zerorez a few years ago the guys did a great job. But this last experience was kind of poor. There were still quite a few spot I had to go back over with our hand shampooer because the stains were still there the make up stains mostly came out but I got more out with the hand shampooer so that was unfortunate, I’m not sure how long the guy was supposed to be here but it seemed really fast and when it came to asking him about it we were told “our carpet is old” not sure I’ll use zerorez again.

There are carpet areas that did not come clean. Also, after vacuuming within the 48 hour time frame, per instructions, our vacuum cleaner canister was half full.
Thank you for your review. We see this as a good thing that you were able to pull this out with your vacuum. We leave behind an aftercare card explaining situations like this. Why did my vacuum pull up a full canister after you cleaned it? We are going after the sticky stuff- oils, greases, starches. Those soils will hold onto the dry soil as well, making them hard to remove with a dry vacuum. As we clean, we will remove oils and other soluble soils from the carpet, and take a lot of the dry solid in soluble soil with it, but there is a chance that some will still be left behind. But because we got the sticky stuff out, and in most cases loosened the really packed-in dirt, post-cleaning vacuuming will bring up a lot of the rest of the dirt. please let us know if you have any further questions! 208-383-1000.
