My carpet had wet spots days latter. The carpet was not cleaned up to all the edges
Zerorez did a great job of explaining the entire process and then backing it up by being on time, taking precautions to protect my home, and cleaning the carpets very well. A great experience and I will definitely use them again in the near future.

The foot traffic areas did not come out clean which I was really disappointed with.
The nice guy who cleaned ran the carpet cleaner over the small (very dirty) rugs from the kitchen but you couldn't tell they had been touched. I guess they will need to be tossed. I am hoping that the large rug that was taken turns out much better. I won't be happy if it is not. I thought Zerorez was supposed to be the best. Not seeing that. :(

My carpet cleaning was easy to schedule, and the cleaners arrived just when they said they would. They were cheerful and efficient, and my carpet looks great. The bill was exactly what I had expected. I'll use Zerorez for future cleanings.
I have used Zerorez since they first entered the Boise market (at least 15 years ago?) I owned a day-spa, and prided myself on a very high standard of cleanliness & sanitation. Zerorez was instrumental in maintaining that standard.
We have since used their services at our church, with the same, quality results. They have cleaned my home several times, including the furniture, and twice done the upholstery in my '98 Isuzu Trooper - with "showroom" results!

Cleaning performance is one of the best in carpet cleaning. Combined with no-smell, quick drying and thorough cleaning, Zerorez is a solid, reliable company. I appreciate their ability to train and develop good technicians, who get in step with the customer, showing respect to both the family and the home. Corner plastic guards to protect my halls and walls, combined with the efficient set-up and good floor fans for drying are all pluses to the technician's abilities and wearing the right foot coverings.
