Carpet always looks great. Good customer service! One time, I spot cleaned with a brand name cleaner. The stain reappeared. When I treated the spot with Zerorez, it was gone forever. I use Zerorez for my personal carpet cleaner for my small studio. I love Zerorez!

My rug was still dirty afterwards. I went over it afterwards with a home cleaner and some hot water and tons of black water keeps coming out. It doesn’t look or smell fresh/clean.
