I have used Zerorez on two different occasions and both times the they arrived on time and both times the men were professional, courteous, and did a great job of cleaning my carpets. They ask questions, checked the rooms out and went to work. When they were finished they ask me to check out the rooms with them to ensure it met with my satisfaction; which it did. NICK is the carpet tech who cleaned my carpets this week. He did a PHENMENAL, WAAAY ABOVE AVERAGE job. I soooo appreciate him; and will be requesting him the future. My carpets have NEVER looked brand new (they are 5 years old); but something about the way NICK cleaned them has made them look like the carpeting is new. NICK is also friendly, professional, and exhibits a level of CARE - and a commitment to the customer's satisfaction - that is unparalleled. I am super pleased.

The couch was not fully cleaned. Reidue stains on the couch that didn’t exist before cleaning. A spot on the arm of the sectional not cleaned.

I’ve always loved your service. Must say this last visit it seems as though too much soap was left in my hallway. Crunch after dry. Never had that happen before. All I can think is too much soap left in. Tell me your thoughts, please.

Sebastian did a very good job cleaning our carpet. He was very informative and explained a lot about the process. The carpet looks like new again and we are very happy with the results.

I like how this cleaning system works on my carpets. I feel they stay cleaner longer this way. The technician who came was knowledgeable and able to answer my questions. I feel he did a good job, but I don't feel my carpet ended up being as clean as I was hoping. I understand about wear and high traffic areas and didn't expect a "new" carpet. I feel he did a good job working with my high traffic areas and I am satisfied with what he was able to accomplish there. He worked very quickly and the carpet dried quickly, but I wish he had spent more time and used more water on the larger carpet areas. I vacuumed thoroughly the next day from different directions, but I think I can still see very slight variations in carpet coloring in a strip pattern showing where the equipment would have gone back and forth. But it is very subtle and may not be an issue worth pursuing.

We had the same technician both years we've used Zerorez, that is always reassuring. Sebastian was professional and efficient and our really old carpet and our newer carpet look great. I was also so happy to be on their call-back list from the previous year.

In my experience zerorez did not have the same effect on our carpets as previous carpet cleaning companies did. The fluff and look of new carpet wasn't there like my experience with other companies. There was no discernable difference in color post cleaning of my carpet between zerorez and a shampoo/soap/detergent company. I did not notice any difference in drying time either. The zerorez technician did a very quick job of cleaning the carpets, much too quick for me to be confident on a thorough cleaning. I did not see the technician scan for pet urine or vomit stains either (blacklight). The technician was not clean cut as stated on the zerorez website.

As far as toxic free cleaning I am happy about that and would recommend zerorez for that aspect. But for the overall cleaning I'd give it an C rating. Now when you add the high price for the water based cleaning that C rating drops for sure.
