Technician was friendly, on time and did a good job!
No chemicals, sanitizes and brightens the carpets. Very courteous, trustworthy, hard working guys. Chris and Ray are quick, quiet and friendly. They get things done and took care of my furniture. Thank you.

The process is effective in cleaning and was dry in a much shorter time than other carpet procedures.
Be careful on extra charges not to exceed what it can do.

I like the fact that the gentleman Chris doing the carpets was very knowledgeable and informative and was very thorough well doing the job also I very much appreciated the young lady on the phone Bree I felt like she really putt forth the effort in getting me an early appointment to accommodate my last minute needs for my family.I'm very impressed with the overall service and will definitely use zerorez again.sincerely Name removed

The 2 guys (forgot their names) were really professional, gave great information in order for us to get additional services i.e pet stains and carpet protection. Very friendly but did their work and finished in a good time.

We were very pleased with the service and the serviceman named Chris. He was very efficent and personable. He did a great job on our carpets and explained how to keep them in good shape after the cleaning. The house smelled so clean after the process was completed as well. We definately will recommend Zerorez to our friends and neighbors.
