The 2 guys (forgot their names) were really professional, gave great information in order for us to get additional services i.e pet stains and carpet protection. Very friendly but did their work and finished in a good time.

We were very pleased with the service and the serviceman named Chris. He was very efficent and personable. He did a great job on our carpets and explained how to keep them in good shape after the cleaning. The house smelled so clean after the process was completed as well. If you got it totally clean the first time, I would have been very excited. I am just gretful that you came back and took care of the stains that were harder to get out.

Everything! Dave, your business is the best and I want everyone to know it! Great service! Great product! I got my carpets cleaned at least once a year and they were marginal at best. You took 7 year old dirty carpets and made them look like new, seriously!! Then came back after we had a small one and took care of that one too! You rock! If I had the money, I would tell the skeptics that if they weren't satisfied Id give them their money back, that's how good you are! Heck Id even go on the radio and tell everyone! No harsh chemicals or detergents. Carpets seem to stay clean longer.

Tech was great and the end product (cleaning) was the best since coming to the Boise area
