My carpets look and feel great.
We have used your company in the past and were very satisfied. This time, however, we left for less than an hour and came back to find the young man who was cleaning gone without completing the job. We had told him we’d be back within the hour. He did not leave any fans to help dry the floor and we don’t believe he shampooed the bedroom carpet, because it was barely damp in some places. Other times it was wet for a few hours. He had some problems with the vacuum in his truck and had to wait on another truck to finish the floors in the front room and dining room. Not a problem for us though. Maybe this threw him off of his schedule for other jobs, but he should have completed here first. We are satisfied with job he did in front rooms. Think we should be refunded for bedroom. Don’t want the hassel of moving furniture out again at this time.
Appreciated the young man that did the work. He was very nice, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, professional and well appearing.
He did a great job and the carpets dried quite fast.

Our technician was great but the main reason we had the service was to get rid of pee smell and it unfortunately did not work and we even paid a lot extra for it! We are very disappointed.

How well it works and is safe for pets and humans.
I was not really communicated to when the tech was cleaning my carpet. The company I used previously, but were too booked for me to use quickly this time, communicated with me the whole time. Telling me things that could be applied or used. When I went to pay and had to answer questions Yes or No I realized that I could of done a carpet protector for an extra $25 which I would have liked. I ended up having to ask the tech these questions so I could give him a chance for me to say Yes to the questions. It was just disappointing. I felt like he was just trying to get us done quick so he could move on with his Saturday.

Great service! My couch was cleaned, it’s completely fabric from top to bottom, and it looks so bright and fresh. They cleaned our tile bathrooms and our tile is textured and dirt can get trapped in the grooves and ridges. It’s super tough to clean and that’s why I called them and they did a great job. One bathroom was tough to get out and they came back for free and touched it up no problem. I will be using them again for my carpet and tile cleaning.
No chemicals or soaps and the service tech took the time to explain the process. My carpets look great.
