My carpets are so much cleaner! Cody was great at communicating when he would be there. He was on time, polite and clean. He wore protectors over his shoes even. He told me step by step the process and other services they provided. He wasnt a pushy up seller and respected my decision to stay with the agreed upon plan. Also the price I was initially quoted is what I was charged. I would highly recommend Cody and Zerores

Scheduling my carpet cleaning with ZeroRez was so easy to do online. I also appreciated receiving an estimate on the services I was scheduling. The technician arrived on time and did a great job on our carpet. He was thorough and efficient! Our family loves our fresh and clean carpets and we enjoyed the friendly and easy experience we had from start to finish.

The technician that completed our services was super friendly and very helpful. Explained all the different options available for cleaning the carpets. Even had to run to get another compressor because his wasn’t working. Never complained. Just went and got another one and got it done. I’m sorry I cannot remember his name though. Hopefully you have a record of Saturdays cleaning and can identify him. He was the best

Rug doesn’t look much better than before the treatment. I don’t think an area of my room wasn’t treated since I could still see my vacuum marks. Disappointing
