I am a repeat customer. I love how my carpets are soft and clean after your service. Technicians are always friendly, helpful and efficient. They always say they will come back in case a spot needs additional care, but this has not happened. Our carpets are done perfectly. Thank you

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

My carpets look worse then when started. Was nothing like first experience with Zero Rez.
Very dissatisfied. Can still see all the film on the carpets and all stains are surfaced on carpet. Looks as if the dirty water was just dumped back into carpet.
I paid over $100 for this?

The technician was very considerate and respectful. The service was excellent and the four chairs he cleaned all look new again. The oldest one was purchased more than 15 years ago and now looks like it is b and new!
