Product does an excellent job of cleaning , leaving carpet pure with no residue. Technician was very professional, arriving on time and extremely careful not to damage anything. Very well done.
Austin was on time, which is important to me. He was friendly but got right to work. He did a thorough job, asking if there were any trouble spots or anything else I wanted him to do. He was careful, very clean and overall, I was very pleasant and satisfied with his work. I think you have a very wonderful employee there!
