I felt the the carpet was very well cleaned. The cost estimation from the time of calling to the time of payment was disappointing. The charge was twice what I expected.
We are very pleased with our service from Zerorez! They are courteous and efficient. Our technician showed up precisely when they said he would, he called 15 minutes before to let me know he was on his way. He did a great job. We trust the floors in our new home to Zerorez.
