Very easy sign up website, Sean called to say he was running early and if it was ok to come early. He arrived at the new earlier time, on time. Sean was very friendly, performed the job to perfection, and asked before he left, if there was anything more he could do. Great company and great service! A+

We have an old man wiener dog who can’t always make it to the dog door in time. Despite another “professional” carpet cleaning company and our half a dozen attempts at removing the pet stains ourselves, our practically brand new carpet still STUNK. We were coming to the conclusion we would just have to replace it. We tried one more google reputable company, ZeroRez. Mathew came in and within a couple of hours, COMPLETELY REMOVED the urine smell! I have a hound dog nose and could not be more impressed! At a much cheaper price tag than I was anticipating too! I would absolutely recommend!

The carpet looks and feels great! I had a red acrylic paint stain on the carpet they were unable to get out. The original stain is light but now it has a pink halo around it. I did not see that when they showed me the result of their attempt to remove it. That was disappointing.

Zerorez showed up on time and called to notify me that they were on their way ten min before they arrived. They went over every option for us and weren't pushy. My carpets look and smell amazing now. The whole process was done in 1 hour and 20 min, from the knock to them driving away!
I very much appreciated our tech's knowledge of what he could do to remedy the piddle accidents of our new puppy! He asked if the puppy was now house trained in order to not "waste" our money by carpet treatment too early, and thankfully we could say yes so he gave us our options. He was patient in giving us the options with prices to help us make the right decision. We are very pleased with Zerorez!
