The best carpet cleaner for getting rid of pet odors.

The carpets wet super clean and quick!
My technician was fabulous. Let me know ahead of time what would be going on and how long it would take. He was thorough and respectful of my home. The carpet looks good as new and it doesn't smell like toxic chemicals!

The carpet cleaning and stone cleaning.
Our carpet was cleaned less than two weeks ago and it's worse than before they cleaned it. There are actually spots on the carpet that weren't there before. This is terrible.
Work done in a timely manner. Prep and clean up done with care. Protective corners placed around the house. Carpets dried quickly. About the only negative comment is that I thought small chairs, coffee tables, and end tables might have been moved. Work was done around them.

You charged me $60 more than quoted because I have a large living room. It’s actually an average size, my home is single level 1600 square feet total and I just had my living room hall and bedroom done which the $220 quote was high enough. A third room special would have only been $10 more, at the very least a fair offer would have been to charge a third room for the living room but the bedroom was a much smaller space since the bed and large dresser were in there it wasn’t as big. The technician was early, nice and quick. I just feel like it was way overpriced for what we had done: there were no stains to get out.

We are currently working on a way to make it more accurate, especially when we are dealing with pet odor and dander issues. The extra charge you see on your bill was for extra pet treatments, to help with dander and the problems associated with dander, not for an oversized room. The products used for cleaning. Our technician, Kyle, was great: on-time, efficient, answered all questions, helpful. The carpets look great and best of all he was able to remove a 19 year old gravy stain from a dining room chair.

The empowered water has done an excellent job on our carpets and removed stains the other cleaners were not able to. Your technicians have been very professional, personable, and explained fully what products are used to address whatever type of cleaning we need.
