From the moment we contact their office it was nothing but positive. The technician came out to the house and went over everything with us and answered all of our questions with truth and no hesitation. He was kind, professional and knowledgeable the whole step of the way. Afterwards he answered questions and went over additional services. The cleaning went great and we are very pleased with the outcome!

My evaluation is based on my personal comfort level in not recommending products to others. Period, not just your product but all. If they asked I would give you a high recommendation. But I don't offer.

The service tech was on time and did a great job on the carpet... even removed some stains! Wishing I had done all our rooms. Guess I'll have to have them back again.

Do a better job on stains, discoloration etc. The employee was very kind and accommodating but I’m just not sure your cleaning methods are up to par!?

I paid extra for 3 spots to be deodorized.. he said it was guaranteed to keep the pee snell out, its been 2 days and it smells like pee again
