The tech and his crew were great and very knowledgeable. I waited until the carpet dried and vacuumed it as directed. I'm disappointed that the stained areas in the living room are still there and visible. I had been lead to believe that Zerorez would be able to remove common stains. Paying $240 to have the carpet cleaned in our small home is a large expense for us. I feel I could have rented a carpet cleaner and gotten the same or better results doing it myself. I love the idea of no soap but if it doesn't remove the dirt, what's the point?
This was the first time using your services and found the technician was very thorough while doing her job noticing the type of carpets we had. She carefully set up cones on the corners of our walls to protect them and not scratch them with the hoses being drug around the house. She also wore plastic booties over her shoes while walking through our home. Arrived on time and waited for me to arrive home from an errand. The carpets look very nice when she completed the job. She was very professional as well. I would highly recommend Zerorez.

Your technician, David, was professional, friendly and thorough.
I was very disappointed with not receiving an accurate quote prior to my upholstery cleaning. The on-site technician told me $40 when I inquired on the price to clean my sofa. At checkout it was close to $200. More than the carpet cleaning of my three rooms. Not only was it much more than I anticipated, the cleaning was sub-par, with most of the stains/marks still present. I understand there is no guarantee on stain removal, but for $200 you’d hope the service was more effective. Overall, felt mislead and dissatisfied by the end result and the lack of clarity on pricing.
I will not be recommending Zero-Rez.
I'm sorry for the confusion about the pricing on the couch- we dropped the ball when you called in and asked about the couch cleaning, in quoting you only $150 for the couch. When the technician realized it was a medium sectional, he charged you an additional $40 instead of charging the full $250 that we normally charge for a sectional. He thought he had explained that he was giving you a $60 discount, instead of charging you $40 for the couch. We've reached out to you about re-cleaning the areas you are concerned about, please call us back so we can set that up. Thank you!

Just seems incredibly expensive for a carpet cleaning. $900 total for a carpet that looks great. But I've spent around $250 to $300 for cleanings from other companies that looked just as good. I think I'll just stick with the other companies.
Thank you for your review and your comments. I would be frustrated, too, if another company could clean, sanitize, treat for urine, and protect 6 areas of carpet and stairs (plus a rug) for 2-3 times less. I'm confident though, that if you were to call any other reputable cleaning company, the cost would be very similar to ours, and would not have the same, low residue results.

Fair pricing, no soapy residue
Sebastian was great. He answered a lot of our questions and even gave us tips and extra insights to cleaning pet spots and such. But what impressed me the most was he got a stain my dog caused out when I wasn't able. Overall really happy with how my carpets are now and the fact I no longer smell any animal urine throughout the house.
