I like that there are no chemicals or smell after the carpets are cleaned.
We had a very nice young adult man Max that did our carpet, very nice, helped my husband, we both have been sick with different medical problems, Max came helped move a piece of furniture, and explained what he was doing, sprayed our carpet with this great smelling orange 🍊 I loved it, Max did a great job on carpet I hope who ever reads this that he us commended highly For a great experience thank you very much Denise and Jim 🎄

Jamie was very efficient and professional. I would recommend her to anyone for carpet cleaning. She did an excellent job and was very thorough. Zerorez is lucky to have such a diligent employee.
He seemed like he rushed through it. In July we had someone come do our basement and we were happy with the outcome, so we decided to have you come back and do the upstairs. My husband and I were not as impressed I came back and did a walk through and there was some wet gooey remnants that he didn’t get up I grabbed a dry cloth and right in front of him was able to get the spot and food up with the cloth. In our hallway there is a dirt spot that doesn’t even looked like he touched it. I was just over all not impressed. I feel like it’s embarrassing to have to ask them to come back and get spots they missed and should’ve gotten the first time. Good quality work to me was like the first time we had where I didn’t have to ask the guy to redo any spots because he took his time and did a good job the first time. I wish I could give a good review but this time it just wasn’t great.
The carpet is clean and there is no oder!

To be perfectly honest....I think your service is far too expensive for the service that we received. I've had carpet cleanings done before...and your finished product looked no better or worse than what I've had done before. Just being truthful.
Thank you for your review and insights. Not every customer will see dramatic differences in the cleaning- if you clean on a regular basis or take exceptionally good care of your carpet (or don't take care of it at all) the difference between our cleaning and a more traditional carpet cleaning won't be readily apparent. What you should notice, though, is a distinct lack of odor from chemicals during and after the clean, and that the carpet should be drier, faster. Good carpet cleaners will have the carpet dried pretty quickly, but ours should still be a bit faster. The other thing you will notice over time is that the clean lasts longer. Instead of cleaning every six months, for example, you may notice that your carpet will stay looking good (assuming you have taken care of your carpet with regular vacuuming) for several months longer. So while immediately after the clean you may not notice a difference, you should several months from now realize that things look better, longer.
