I decided to get a tune up on my AC unit and join your platinum club. It had been working fine. Now it's over 80 on two floors of my house, including my child's room who of course has a temperature of 100 because she's sick. I called the office and was surprised to learn you don't have folks available to come out "off" hours. So now, with my sick child and my house at 80 degrees when it had been working fine, I get to wait until Monday for a phone call. Really glad I chose to work with you guys.

There isn't any specific. After my new furnace was installed, there was something wrong with a pump and someone had to come out that night.
I knew it was going to be hot so I turned on the AC and nothing happened, so someone had to come out. I thought I was on a list to have the pressure test done as soon as it was above 50 degrees, but that was months ago and no one contacted me.
Everyone I've dealt with has been extremely courteous and very professional. I've just had to deal with you more than I expected with a new furnace and AC. No one's fault, but unexpected.
Did not fix the problem. Have to reschedule to come back and find a freon leak on a 2 year old ac unit.
