Great cut
It’s always a great experience when I take my son for his haircut, staff is always friendly. Jeannie is amazing she is the only one my son let’s cut his hair.

I brought my 8 and 10 year old sons in to get their haircuts but after my 8 year old was done I cancelled the other one and left. He charged me $39 for his haircut (even though your sign says $23) and said it was because he had to wash his hair and work with his cowlick?? It was a terrible haircut, very choppy and WAY over priced for stupid crap. I will not return.

Variety of stylists though I've found a few I prefer. Products seem to be getting better. Recently found Krystal, best haircut and more people notice the good work. Never recomends a product unless it actually does something quick and useful.

Your appointment method. Thursday when I reserved my spot the all said it was at 3:20. I arrived at 3:10, then the app changed to 3:40. I walked in and waited, it was 4:30 when I finally sat down.
Worst haircut experience I have ever had. Will not return and sports clips as a franchise should give me credit to get it fixed at a different location, bc I absolutely will never be back to the one I received this hack job

Hair dresser was only trying to up sale for shampoo wash but she was saying my hair was stinky and needed a wash and also mentioned dry scalp which again I understand she is just trying up sale but also seemed very uncomfortable with touching my hair which made me feel very self conscious and uncomfortable, never had a dresser treat me or say those things to me ever, very first and it was an awful experience

The haircut went exceptionally fast. I was in and out in like 15 minutes. It felt a little rushed, especially considering the store was empty with the exception of one other customer. That being said, I do think that the haircut was good, and Jill is great.
