Our technician “Cathy” has been cutting my hair and my husbands hair for a long time. She is excellent. She cuts your hair exactly the way you want it. My son also gets his hair cut by Cathy and he is very satisfied. I hope I never have to look for another because she is the best.

I think what I love most about Sport Clips, aside from the MVP service, is they are just better at everything. I can get a consistently great haircut at a competitive price, all while in my "man-cave" like, sports‑themed environment. Yes, I may have to wait for my stylist, but I can catch the game while waiting all while knowing my hot towel treatment and neck/shoulder massage is "on deck". Plus, I travel a lot, so thanks to Sport Clips nationwide availability, combined with quick, predictably superior service, make it a no-brainer, whether home or away. I just had another great cut yesterday which makes me wish my hair would grow faster-especially on top! lol Thanks again and see you soon!

It was very important this time to get my haircut right because I had special events to go to, so I decided to pay more and go to Sport Clips instead of to the Vietnamese barber nearby, to make sure there was no language barrier. I was careful to explain exactly what I wanted before and during the cut. I asked her if she liked to measure length in centimeters, inches, or fingers. She didn't know what I meant, and said to just tell her what I wanted and she would cut it. She didn't understand very much English or Spanish, so I showed her how long I wanted the top and the bangs to be. Twice I told her the length was good, but showed her that the hair on the right side of my bangs was longer than the hair on the left. Both times, she proceeded to cut all of my hair again even shorter until it was way too short, looked bad and made me look bald on top. I gave her a $5 tip anyway. It was so short that I haven't gotten another haircut during the more than 3 1/2 months since that cut. But I need one now, and I would appreciate it if a different person at that location could please give me a cut for free to make up for what I had to go through, or if you could credit the charge back to my card.
