My 3 yr old was with me for a haircut and his bangs ended up very very crooked. He is very good at sitting still for a haircut so I am unsure how his bangs could be messed up that bad.
I like the way I get treated nicely every time I come in. It's consistent and I never dread walking into a location. Just get a good haircut and beard trim.
Stylists are courteous and responsive to requests.

My stylist is so personal and attentive to my needs, she is always there to offer ideas and products she uses on my hair. The entire staff are always greeting all customers as they come in and make a pleasant experience overall.
I like their availability and that all the stylists are genuinely skilled.
Excellent service, courteous staff and clean environment
Patty understands me, and I don't go unless I can I can schedule with her. I'm very nearsighted but I like having a beard and mustache. I can shave well enough to keep myself presentable, but for important events, I trust Patty to make me look good. She will even offer to trim my eyebrows.
She also recommended a leave-in conditioner that tames my frizz. The bottle is large, so it may last me the rest of my life. I'm trying to grow my hair out, so I can donate it. I've done this before; there's a place in Michigan that isn't Locks of Love, that makes wigs for kids. My hair has always been baby fine and impossible to style except for a pony tail. Even though I'm a senior, I have p only the smallest hint of gray in my sideburns and temple. This may be my last donation if the gray spreads.

The facility was very clean, and the ladies were very tentative to customers walking through the door. My stylist asked me I would’ve wanted my hair done and was able to do the style I wanted. She was a great conversationist and everything came out perfect.
Y’all been cutting my hair five years. My wife brought in our grandsons aged 4&5 came in for haircuts. The staff was not nice to my wife and did a bad job & we’re not nice. She will not go back. I shared these comments with Rene.

The haircut and service during the haircut was great. My complaint is that when I presented my coupon to the stylist, she did not validate it nor did she try to find out how to apply it. The coupon had the location and code for it but for some reason she did not apply it. I like the haircuts there, and coupons such as half off the MVP is a great incentive. But I was disappointed it was not applied this time.
JACKIE IS THE BEST! I followed her from the La Centera location to Falcon Landing and back to Cinco Ranch Blvd!
The lady was friendly but I kind of do a better job cutting my own hair and beard there were just a lot of different lengths going on on the top of my head that I had to re-trim and my mustache which does blend slightly into my beard as too wildly differently lengths. She did well arounf the ears though which i struggle with

Cam was very patient cutting my sons hair. He is on the autistic spectrum and the noise of the clippers can bother him at times. She was reassuring with him so that he could be calm. I also had my hair cut by Cam and was very pleased with the results.
