Consistency
The price point for me and my 4 year old is ridiculous. $50 for 2 haircuts is insane. Plus my son’s haircut was terrible. Didn’t get it even close to the picture I showed her.

The stylist, Vina, really went out of her way to give me a pleasant experience and a great haircut.

I signed up online, was told to come in with 0 wait and being on deck, and within 5 minutes got dropped to a 40 minute wait. That was the most "off" the online queue has ever been for me.
Professional
The online reservation system is highly broken!! On this visit I put myself in the queue at 500pm and was told to arrive 533pm. I arrived at about 520pm. The client before me had chosen to have additional services that the online system did not account for. The net result was that at 533pm the system said that I had 3 mins to wait - BUT I ACTUALLY GOT SEATED FOR MY HAIRCUT AT 612pm - nearly 45 mins later than expected!! That is completely ridiculous not only for me, but it put my stylist, Elsa, way behind on every other client that was after me. A potential solution would be for the stylist to put in a "First name removed Doe" in front of me to reflect this added time of the client in the chair because this experience was a total failure!!
This certainly was not the fault of the stylist but of the online system. In fact, Elsa at this store is fantastic and has been cutting hair for a long time. The problem is that she gets the brunt of the complaints if people have to wait a lot longer than expected and this is not her fault at all!!
Try to create a way to have the same stylist cutting a clients hair each time.
