I love the Texas city location
They are always consistent and the girls do an awesome job.
Mobile application experience is very good, and the in-person sign / acknowledgement is also pretty seamless.
I like Van to do my haircuts
MVP's are not consistent. I have had some experiences where it really thoughtful. Good massage, not quick, etc. Today was just ehhh.. Not worth the money. Dissapointed. I was also upset that I presented a $5 coupon that my son got from his school this week... It was expired already. I have never had a store/company not honor an expired coupon. The purpose of a coupon is to attract and retain customers... not honoring does the exact opposite.
Easy check-in. Keyla did a great job on my haircut.

The on line reservations make it easy and an efficient way to schedule your haircut. The stylist is always great and friendly.
I only have tried a few of the products but seem to work very well. The service is very professional and easy to talk to and get along with.
Stylist. Some do great, like the last one but others don’t and I have to do touch ups at home
We were greeted with a smile as soon as we arrived, first time in a sports clips and so the stylist helped us through the process of checking in. The Stylist, Breanda, was great. Always with a smile, received my haircut and then proceeded to cutting my grandson’s hair. The entire visit was excellent and will be returning. Thank you Breanda and crew.
