Staff consistency has been an ongoing issue. We rarely see the same stylist twice, and whenever we find someone great, they either leave shortly after or transfer to another location. Other than that the experience is a good one.

My haircut was above average & the staff was friendly and attentive. My issue was a $5 donation that wasn't explained. I asked if it was for veterans or first responders, trying to understand what i was being charged for without being asked. I was told it was for heroes and funded scholarships but still vague. Without making a scene, i tipped and went home. Let me be clear: a donation is a voluntary act. How much, when and what for should be my decision or its NOT a donation. Kind of sketchy. Not going back.
I’ve been using sport clips for years and I’ve never had such a good experience like I did today with ms Tonya she is a absolute amazing individual who performed a great job I do believe if I were yall I would keep her around not only did she do a perfect job but she is great at understanding and communicating with customers if i could put a higher number i would 10 / 10
As always had a great cut by a group of professional ladies. This is why I continue to return to this location.
