Eva does a great job every time I go in, and she is very personable with a great attitude all the time.
Nai was my barber, her grace and precision with the clips were awesome. She's great at conversation keepin me awake (I fall asleep in the chair a lot) as well as asking about how I wanted my hair and beard. 10/10 definitely goin back.
I have been a customer of this location since it opened in 1997-98. Several owners, but, each owner has made sure the stylist, hair cutters have been great. No problems ever.
Having the ability to join the waiting list from home is really nice. I choose my stylist and can see the approximate wait time. So instead of waiting 30 minutes in a chair in the lobby, I’m waiting in my recliner at home. I arrive ten minutes before my wait time ends and my stylist is almost ready to go. The stylists I’ve used have all been great. I think the MVP package is awesome and very reasonably priced.
Its a good and consistent hair cut with a minimum wait time
Maria, is always on her game and gets it right every time. She is professional, courteous, kind, and accommodating when it comes to my haircut. Always a pleasure to have Maria cut my hair.

My stylist was mad I didn’t get my hair shampooed. Then when I asked her to cut the front of my hair a little shorter she just cut a straight line across right above my eyebrows. When I asked her to fix it she told me “That’s why we normally shampoo.” Haircut ended up looking terrible.
I was disappointed with my haircut. I thought that showing the stylist a picture would give her everything she needed to know to cut my hair in a style I wanted, I was wrong. Don’t tell me “yes”when I show you the picture and then not deliver on what the picture looks like. I make a regrettable request at the end of the cut, but then I had given up.
Although I did not like the outcome of my cut, it was cut. The stylist then wants to tell me I’m not her only man bun client
(as if to tell me, she knows what she’s doing)
that’s fine, good for you, but I have a way I want you to style my fade that may not match your other clients (I wasn’t going to argue with her, so I just agreed and stayed quiet)
In conclusion, if I show the stylist a picture and the stylist says, “YES” I expect my fade come out exactly like the picture, otherwise please tell me you can’t accomplish that, simple!
The stylist who did my hair at a different location left the company, I was very disappointed. This location is new for me, it’s been a struggle to find the right stylist for my fade, my search continues.
