Awesome service!

I've been going to the SportsClips off of Woodlands Pkwy, next to Wal Mart for the past 5 yrs and the haircuts were so so. Recently a new stylist by the name of Tong cut my hair and was the best cut I've ever received from SportsClip... anywhere.

Great haircut. Super relaxing experience.

We go to Sports Clips very often because I have two little boys. The last time we went I put in my phone number and the stylist was unable to find the cut my son usually gets. Which was fine. We talked through what we would like and she began cutting his hair. When we got home, after the hair dried, we saw that the cut was very choppy and uneven. We went back to Sports Clips and told another stylist that we were disappointed with the haircut and she agreed that it was not good. She offered to fix it without charging us. She had to cut his hair much shorter than we wanted to fix the prior problem. We are grateful for Pamela and her willingness to work with us and fix my son's hair. We will continue to go to sports clips and understand that sometimes bad haircuts just happen.

Getting quite pricey now given the quality of the work and the duration of time spent there.

All stylist are pro at sports clip I always leave happy and relaxed.

Consistency. Some of my haircuts have bern really good, others not so much. The haircut I got this week - Wednesday morning was great. I’m sorry I don’t remember her name. Check the appointment book - Name removed and I sat in the first chair behind the check-in desk. Or, even better, you
could make it easier to know when my favorite stylist will be working in order to make an appointment.

Basically the barber. If they can understand and grasp the nature of the hair and what type of hair that could fit the customer before he talks. That would be great. Some barbers are good in that.

Sophie Plum always has a great attitude and works hard to get the cut and style the way I like. I appreciate her optimism and happy personality just as much as her attention to the hairstyle request each time.

I have been coming to this location twice a week for many, many years and have never had a bad experience. The staff is always welcoming when I walk in, genuinely pleasant with conversation during the process, and always have me leaving with a great cut.

Stylist knows how you want your hair to look

I sure wish I remember the lady who did my hair. She was the absolute nicest. And did a wonderful haircut. Generally I don’t care to talk but she was pleasant to speak with and I enjoyed my haircut experience!
