The freindliness of the workers. The only thing I First name removed't like is that I keep on asking them to change the cut from 2 to 1 in the system and when I return it's a 2.
Had hair cut on 1/2. Ended up having go another place to get hair recut. Several patches hair was missed.

I normally use the Sport Clips location in Willis, TX. I was in New Caney, TX and had extra time so stopped into the Sport Clips location there. The lady that cut my hair literally buzzed most of the hair off my head. It is a very crooked cut and looks terrible. I’m not even sure the lady has a license to cut hair. She seemed confused and lost. Never again will I go to your New Caney location.

Your appointment algorithm is all kinds of messed up! I walked in and said first available. 17 minute wait time. No one spoke to me. I asked what’s up after 45 minutes. My wait time counted down to 5, on deck, 3 minutes, got a text saying on deck, 2 minutes, on deck back 2 minutes. What the heck is going on!? Tameka was fine. Your system is broke! P. S. I have been to Sport Clips over 300 times. It may be time to switch to the Boardroom.
The employees are very professional providing excellent service. They take time to listen and ask questions as to the service needed. I wear hearing aids and steps were taken to make sure they were protected. If questions were asked she gets close and speaks clearly when asking questions. That type of service is what this 77 year old man appreciates.
