The hair cutter did not listen to my instructions. She didn’t read the notes on me. My callick will be sticking up for a month or more. I’m very unhappy.
Chanel provided an incredible experience today. She was friendly, engaging, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire visit. While the haircut was great, the positive and welcoming environment she created was the real highlight. Excellent customer service!
P.S. Someone should tell her the store number is 43-275 not TX-275. :)
