I don’t like to complain, however the girl that cut my hair did an awful job. Left it in even and didn’t blend in the fade on the right side. Left bangs when I asked them to be shortened. I had to go to another barber the following day and get my hair cut again and shorter just to fix her errors. My son’s barber did a wonderful job on his hair. The lady who cut mine just didn’t care. I have been a return customer to Sport Clips on and off because of service. I don’t think I will be back.
My stylist Blue is great. I can always get in and out quick with a great hair cut.
Farah is great, the app works well in planning your visit, the shop is clean!
I checked in online. When I went in I was “On Deck”. The next customer was 5 minutes out. While I was seated, one of the stylists told a man sitting that she would be right with him. She went to the computer and he was the guy that was 5 minutes out. His name disappeared from the board. So my experience made me wait 20-25 minutes before I was seated. So, you have a system in place that should eliminate favoritism, getting the guest that tips better, friend of the stylist, whatever the situation. It failed today.

Did not feel rushed. Patty took the time to cut my hair so that I was happy with the results. She did a great.
The person who cut my hair did an ok job, when I got home I realized one side was unevenly cut and though I asked for an even cut all over I did have a higher amount on top which elongated my already high head.
Oh well.
One of your stylists brushed me off when explaining what I want for my son. She stated I know how I will do it There was 3 of us getting hair cuts but 2 of us got what we wanted. Then said I didn’t give any guidance on what I wanted. Son’s hair was awful. Fixed what I could that afternoon.
Quick and the staff is always friendly. Having my info stored makes it easier if I need to use a different location.
