I have to came back to this store to fix my hair because it’s not equal each side of my hair

Hyesun is the best. She even trimmed my problematic eyelashes.
When we arrived they took my grandson right in for hair cut. That was nice. When she ask what he wanted done, I said short on the sides maybe a one or zero. And leave a little on top. When it wasn’t the way I wanted it she was not happy when I ask her to do it the way I wanted it. She even said just show me a picture. I said I have never had to show a picture before, other places I go I tell them and they do it. In the end my grandsons hair got done the way I wanted and we walked out satisfied. I will go there again, it’s convenient.
As usual, a few hairs left uncut, especially around the ears. Less time and attention given on my cut than other similarly priced cuts (Supercuts, for example). Just so hit and miss
Stylist did not cut my son’s hair pre request, when he walked out to the lobby I IMMEDIATELY said I was not happy! My son said it’s fine mom let’s just go! I still said multiple times I was not happy. She just cashed me out. Never even offered to fix anything.

Drea is so awesome with special need kids. She is so patient fast and sweet. I felt a great connection with Drea and she means a lot to my family.

The lady that cut my hair missed a lot of areas on my neck both front and back. Also when cleaning up the line on my hair she went too far in and there’s an area (on top of my head) that has a sort of bald patch now and when I washed my hair when I got home long strands of hair were coming out. Definitely not what I asked for.
I like the hot towels and the ability to walk in at a time convenient to me.

It’s great being able to watch sports while getting a cut, but the massaging shampoo and hot towel are a mini spa session that never lasts long enough. I always come away looking sharp and feeling even better.

Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. The person who cut my hair was phenomenal — not just technically skilled, but someone who clearly takes real pride in the craft. The manager deserves just as much credit. The entire location runs incredibly well. It is welcoming, organized, professional, and exceptionally clean. Everything feels like it has been thought through, from the atmosphere to the way customers are greeted and treated throughout the visit. There is a genuine sense that the manager cares about the quality of the shop, the people working there, and the experience every customer walks away with.
That is exactly why I keep coming back to this location. There is a difference between simply cutting hair and taking pride in the art and presentation of what you do, and this team understands that difference. The craftsmanship, professionalism, cleanliness, personality, and overall atmosphere make every visit something I actually look forward to.
I gave them a 10 because, quite frankly, they earned every bit of it. This is the kind of place that reminds you why having a great stylist and a great team matters. I would recommend this location without hesitation.

My barber, Ms. Marissa is a very nice Lady. She knows Her craft well. She is a professional and courteous Barber.
Quick service and treating every customer differently but professionally and respectfully. Knowing when your customer is outgoing or quiet is a unique skill. I got my haircut yesterday and was 13th in line (54 min wait), but only one other customer was present. After a few minutes of waiting and ensuring they confirmed no other customers were present they took care of me (only 4 min wait total). Professional, courteous, and efficient. Thank you.
I was shocked at the end when a hair cut was $32 plus tip. Not sure I’ll be back at those prices
