Price point is good but stylists are inconsistent and I have had a string of not very good ones. Also felt like they were trying to sell me on more services when their initial services were mediocre.

The last 12-15 times I’ve got my haircut at Sport Clips, I’ve been sold on Actiiiv hair regrowth products. Every single time, I’ve told them that I already use that product. I’ve been using it for 2 years now. I know I’m losing my hair. I don’t enjoy having people point out my flaws every time I come to get my haircut. Next time this happens, I’m going to absolutely roast the person cutting my hair. I hope I make them cry. I didn’t get offended the first 2-3 times, but at this point it makes so angry.

The quality of hair cuts. There is inconsistency among stylists and locations. Atmosphere is great and MVP experience is always enjoyable.
I have been seeing Farah for nearly 3 years and she surpasses my haircut needs.
During the consult, I requested a mid bald fade. The result was longer than requested, and after getting out into better lighting there were multiple weight lines from switching guards, and rather than blending from sides to crown, my hair ended looking more like an undercut. Photos can be furnished upon request.

They always help me with the door and make sure I feel safe getting in and out of the chair, which I truly appreciate.
Jennifer once again provided excellent service. She is detailed, patient, and checks in throughout the haircut to make sure everything is exactly how I want it. Her consistency and care make a real difference, and I always leave feeling fresh, clean, and confident.
This location continues to be my favorite because the service is reliable, thoughtful, and professional every time. If you want barbershop-level service with someone who really pays attention, I highly recommend asking for Jennifer.
