There were spots on the side that were very blocky/choppy/uneven and not smoothly transitioned, hair around ears unevenly cut/trimmed

My son's sideburns are uneven by a whole inch. One side of his face is neatly trimmed and the other is long. On the short side there's pieces of hair that weren't cut at all and are just randomly long that I had to trim at home to blend in. I'll also have to try and match his long side to the trimmed side.
The stylists follow my requests very well. This location is very convenient for me.
The recent price increase makes it a no go for me in the future. $26 for a 15 min simple haircut is crazy. I can’t imagine what it would have been if I had wanted the extra services of the VIP…
The level of service that Tammy provides is top notch and always pleasant to be around. It’s been a long time that we’ve specifically requested a stylist but Tammy is the ONE!

The man who cut our son’s hair did a terrible job at fading it. While we were getting cut, the boy who was in the chair before us came back to get his hair fixed for the same issue. My son has thick hair and was already embarrassed so he just wanted to leave. We are scheduled to try and get it fixed somewhere else
Gaudy gave me a great cut as always! I really love the new location. Bought some new shampoo and it’s great! Check out the styling products like the clay paste. Smells nice and gives a great style.
