Monica was great , she did an amazing job. I was pleased with the way she cut my hair Bain the first time she is profesional. She does a thorough job asking about the style hair length and knows how the customers styles their hair to customize the cut to the preferred side they comb to.

Victoria M has been the best hairstylist I have experienced within your company locations. It was super quick, efficient and effective. She is a fantastic conversationalist. This is at the Tomball location at 14326 FM 2920. She is extremely talented and a master of her Kraft. Should your company be so lucky to employ more people like Victoria

Using the app to check-in early was simple and gave me insight as to how many were waiting and how long my approximate wait would be. After I checked in, Julie met me at the counter and was upbeat and ready to take care of me with a haircut. She asked questions as to my previous visits and if I still wanted the same type cut. She was professional and took her time in making sure everything was just as I liked it as she was styling. The final result was one of the best cuts I've had since coming to this store. I will request Julie from this point forward.

The scenery and atmosphere are very laid back but sporty, which is what I like, and Athalie was very conversational with me and made me feel welcome.
Just a overall bad experience, the lady is. Dry nice but her haircut proficiency is fã from average. It’s always a hit and miss experience. And I’m not very exigent.
