The quality of the service has gone down over the years. The MVP experience is not what it used to be… the shampoo is shorter and generally just mailed in. There is no more conditioner put in after the shampoo either. The massage is also shorter and (once again) usually mailed in. The stylists are nice enough but rarely do I see the same people when I go in from one haircut to the next. With the cost of your haircuts having gone up over the years and the level of pampering going down, it causes me to wonder if it’s worth going back.
Staff is friendly and everything is very consistent

We love visiting with Ms. Becky and Ms. Bri. They do a great job with our hair. It’s nice to be able to come here and get our hair cut - including our little 2 year old.
I like the getting in the lineup early, the great service and haircuts Spirts Clips delivers.
I'm one of those people that has a double crown, or cowlick, whatever you want to call it that makes the back of my hair stick up if it is cut wrong. I have found several stylists at sport clips that have give much better haircuts than I have gotten at some other places that charge you more than $75. a cut.
This last experieince was gret, however, not all my visitis have the same result due to from appears lack of experience and skilled employees.

I like am able to check in online which it makes it a lot easier and faster. Leah is always nice and does a great job.

I’ve always been satisfied with my haircuts. My hair always comes out great and clean looking.
It was my first time there and the stylist helped me with what I needed
So for the 4th or 5 th time you app failed and wasted my time. I don’t under why this happens several times a year but I will check in on the app. It shows no one waiting. I select the stylist. It says I’m not. She is currently working and is expected to be done in so many minutes. In this instance it said she had 25 mins until she was done. I arrived early. About 12 mins after I checked in on the app. I look at the board and it says I’m 3rd in line.
I was next but now I’m third. Maybe it’s counting everyone who is waiting for any given stylist. I sit. I wait. 10 mins later a new guy shows up. Checks in the board does not change.
My stylist is done and then she comes and calls HIS name.
Why does the app keep saying (as I said this is the 4th or 5th this has happened) I’m next. I show up early and I get SKIPPED.
Ridiculous no one has time to wait an unexpected extra 30-45 mins for a haircut because you guys won’t do scheduled appointments. I started coming to sports clips because my stylist of 12 years moved. And there was a location 5 mins from my house.
That location is gone now. The free loyalty haircuts are gone. And you’ve raised the prices over 60% in just a small number of years and I can’t even book appointments or get consistent service,, that’s not to mention the stylist I had to use yesterday scratch my neck with her razor.
For $40 this is very mediocre service. I might as just go to a fancy salon and pay $55.
Come to think of it I don’t even think I can rate you guys a 5. It’s probably more like a 3.75 or mmmmmmaybe a 4

It has gotten very expensive in the last few months to get haircuts at Sports Clips. The experience is great. But value for money is starting to diminish due to high prices.
