Crystal is very dependable hair stylist. She has been my normal person that constantly cuts my hair, She never make me feel like my cut is rushed to get to the next person She is very friendly and personable. I always count on the right amount of conversation whether it’s personal or professional. I have been a client for a few years with a monthly trim.

Easy to sign in online. Staff are always courteous. Store is conveniently located. And Giselle, who always cuts my hair is awesome. Funny, a good hair stylists, professional always and loyal to her customers. You have a real gem in Giselle.

I always get top notch service from Sport Clips. What is important to me is routine. I like getting the same person to cut my hair each time. Other places are always like revolving doors with personnel. Sport Clips keeps the same and that makes me happy.

Offer more discounts. I served 35 years in the Navy and enjoyed my military discount. I seemed to have lost that once I retired. Some vendors offer discounts to active military or military retirees. I always feel like a 1-2 day difference (day before my retirement vs the day after) reduces the credibility of my 35 year service from something to nothing. There was a great deal of sacrifice and 2 wars I participated in and multiple overseas tours for 4+ years. So I have never understood this loss of discount once I retired in 2023.
Just my thought for you to consider.
I will never go to anyone else to cut my hair. Jackie is top notch and highly recomended.
