Stylist did a great job fading my hair. I had no wait time and was in and out in about 30 minutes.
Quality of cut and the store’s computer system (with its ability to save my preferences and be used across all stores)
Hair dresser give me a really bad haircut, she don’t even look at the receipt to see what haircut I normally get and try to blame me for it I was very disappointed I had to come home and cut my hair off, I always get a mid fade she give me a super high fade and it ended looking like someone put a cereal ball in y head tu cut my hair.
Plenty of stylists upon my arrival so was able to sign in for the next available- immediately offered a chair for a decent cut

I made an appointment time of 12:00-12:30, arrived at 12:00 for that only to not get in the barber chair until 12:40. There seems to be no point in making the online appointment if being a walk-in gives the same result.
We were asked upon arrival if we had checked in online, as if we were supposed to do so. I suppose if we had, the 40 minute wait time would have been known.

This is my first time there everything went fine. I had to wait a little bit, but I didn’t realize you could make an appointment online, but everything was good.
Always great quality and friendly staff. Daniela did a wonderful job on my hair - and the rest of the crew there did a great job coaching her on her first day. I used to go to the "other guys" but stopped that last year - not going to compromise any more.
