Doris at the Bella Terra store in Richmond TX is the absolute best. Note only does she do an amazing job cutting hair but she makes great recommendations on products too. Both my son and I really enjoy our visits to see her and the team. Thanks for all you do ! First name removed V
Person who cut my hair was very talented, friendly and patient with me. Loved the haircut she gave me. She’s amazing, made my day.
I didn’t notice when I left but once I got home one side of my head is shaved and the other is not. How could they mess it up so bad. Also I was charge for an adult MVP but all I got was a hair cut nothing else.
It’s beginning to feel like what it is….a chain. Used to feel a little more homey. Service was still fine, and the stylist was professional. Overall pleased. Just miss the down to earth feel.

Miriam was amazing. She always provides an excellent hair cut and her scalp massage is the best. The hot towels are always on point.

Madelyn always does a first class job in cutting my hair and my son’s hair. My son is 12 and does not like getting his hair cut. Madelyn establishes a very good rapport with my son, which really helps!
