Grace did a really good job on my haircut, gave reccomendations and even when I felt satisfied with the end result, she still made an effort to make corrections that she noticed to make it as perfect as possible. Really great experience and I will definitely visit her again.

Hair was unevenly cut. Too short in the back and longer on one side than the other. Went back in the next day and the stylist did the best she could but said the back was too short to fix.
Usually the wait time is quick, and the staff are friendly and do a good job cutting my hair.
Sent me a free haircut coupon. Checked in with it and then was told it wouldn’t apply. Manager was called and she approved it. Great haircut but not interested in having to deal with issues when I’m sent an email and it’s denied or declined. Won’t go back.

Because of the way, my hair grows and the style of haircut I get I’ve been to numerous different places and almost every tuneup and this was my first time here and Miriam NAILED it first try. I will not go to anyone else. All the other perks are awesome as well.

Consitant cuts
Super friendly and skilled staff. There are two young ladies at the Copperfield location that always give me top notch service: Mykala and Genesis. I like the fact that both are my "go-to" stylists. Whoever isn't getting the shampoo and hot towel treatment is selling themself short.
