The stylist was extremely easy going and made the experience worth the wait. A true professional. I left Sport Clips feeling like a better person. I usually have a good experience but I hadn't been there in a while. She reminded me why I come there. Sport Clips made a great choice!

Perfect cut
I typically see Dre (Shy previously-so sad to see her go) and Dre is awesome. I visited yesterday evening and there were only two people there. When I walked in, I was passively greeted, and when I asked what I should do interesting that I had to ask she told me that she was going to go get the other stylist as they were taking turns on walk-ins. She came back and I guess the other person was busy or did not want to cut so she wound up taking me. I’ll make a long story short the experience was not great majority of the time they were talking to each other and there were many errors made on my hair. She nicked off huge piece out the front of my line, and when I brought it to her attention, it was simply blown off. I typically get a number one cut, but for some reason, it was patchy and left semi bald spots. Also, the fate was pretty terrible and it looked like I didn’t even have a lineup. When I asked about the Clippers and if she can make it more defined, she said that that was the best she can do as they are not Barber’s. Her attitude was pretty bad and I did not feel like a customer rather an annoyance and to the other individual where I have gone to before head of experience was just simply rude and ignored me when I had a question I’m not sure what’s going on in that shop but a lot of the style they seem to have attitudes and it makes for a pretty bad experience again the only person that offers great service is Dre in previously, Shy. When I say I felt ignored and just generally treated it terribly, I thought about her for the rest of the day and I had to go home and line myself up, so I wasted $25 and I even told her that I would have to go home and line myself up, and she didn’t have anything to say.
