My go-to Spirts Clips closed so I tried the next closest and it was a not up to standard. So I tried your direct competitor a few times and was disappointed. I decided to give Spirts Clips one more try at a 3rd location. OMG!

According to the app it should have been a 20-30 minute wait but it ended up being over an hour. It looked like someone came in late and was taken before I was. Nancy was great but the whole point is to be efficient. I feel like if someone is late to their appointment I should not be punished!
Jeannie has been my go to stylist for over a year, and I will go to her for as long as I live in Houston.

In almost all appointments I have a good experience, but I was surprised when my stylist had my chair facing another client the entire time. I could not see how my cut was being performed and looking across at another client getting their haircut was very odd. The cut itself was fine, the placement of my sitting was a first of a kind for me.
