I saw Tina at the Fulshear Texas location. She is totally awesome and a complete pro at her craft. She needs a pay raise and a promotion in my book and I think everybody else would say the same thing. Great work Tina thank you so much and I hope your supervisors recognize this.

It's expensive. The quality of haircut and experience varies greatly depending on personnel and personalities. No incentives for loyal customers.
I go to sports clips pretty regularly and I never know how it’s going to go, this previous time I went I asked for a medium fade, showed my hairdresser where I wanted it specifically and she shaved both sides of my head all the way to the top of my head. With the “super shaver” I might add so I am completely bald all around my head with a full head of hair at the top. Honestly looks like I’m wearing a bad toupee. Now I’m going to have to wear a hat everywhere for the next 2 weeks because I am that embarrassed of the cut.

I loved the haircut but was stressful. It was my son‘s first haircut in salon. I’m a hairstylist. Actually I have been for 14 years. I just am no longer in practice. My son is three. I wanted it to be a great experience which it wasn’t terrible. The customer service was mediocre. The lady didn’t go out of her way to make my son feel comfortable. I did …my son behaved very well until the end. He was very itchy and she said it’s because he keeps putting the cape on his face. I understand that but he’s three years old. He was crying in the end I was able to calm him down at no point did she try to talk to him or comfort him to make it a pleasant experience I did. As a stylist I understand how important it is to provide good customer service and establish a relationship with a potential client. I will be back to sports clips but just not with this stylist
