The markup on the products you sell in-store is astronomical. Provide a fairer price-point for the consumer, or we'll just have to buy online instead.

Victoria is always fantastic and this my sons first time going without me, we are regular customers of hers 4 years and he had a great experience as always. My son graduates high school next week and we remember meeting Victoria his freshman year she gave his a transformation hair cut as he had long hair. She truly is a kind soul with a heart of gold.

Marabella is wonderful. Good skills and pleasant. i have one suggestion that may not be possible due to your business model. My suggestion is to set an appointment time for regular customers. possible premium service with annual membership that allows me to set an appointment time vs the walk in/first come first serve/"batter up" model. This would save me, possibly, up to an hour on my visits. last visit was very quick. However, that is not the usual experience.
Madi is the reason I started going back to Sport Clips, and her honesty and integrity, plus I really like the way she styled my hair, is the reason I will continue to go. I took my grandson back the very next day.

I like being able to sign in online before I get to the shop. The stylists do good work while still getting people through quickly. The products sold are nice, albeit a little pricey.
