Always quick and easy. I don’t request a specific person because the cuts are consistent… not always exactly the same, but consistent enough.

Clearly your company doesn't respect people. Why do I say that? It's because it blindly spammed an email address that a person have you. That person is not me. I don't even live in the state. There are proper ways to email people, and all of them involve having a SINGLE first email that is only confirmation that the recipient accepted the relationship.
There is a new trend over the last 6 months where I have gotten into the lineup, I get to the store with 10 minutes or more time, check in, am up in X minutes, then I get bumped. Why have the "get in the lineup" ability and be #1 on the list, like it is setup to do, and then not be the next person?
This happens often at the Memorial and Kirkwood location in Houston, 77079. I like two of the stylists there but they both do this. They're the more senior ones there (first chairs).
It's not a good "loyalty" perq. If I have come to you, stylist A, and you bump me a couple of times, why return to you? I've changed stylists over this and then she started doing it, too.
Not eager to have this happen to me a fifth time. Shame on me for assuming it would change.

even though the person has been cutting hair for quite some time at this location, but he has no skills. he did a very poor job of cutting hair. it uneven from all places. even my 10 year old said what a bad job he did. very very disappointing.
