Thavy did a great job cutting my hair and listening to my request on the type of swept-back pompadour haircut. She was friendly and competent at cutting my hair and even noticed certain areas of thickness/heaviness. Will definitely come back again soon

Lady didnt know how to cut hair and did a terrible job. She kept asking if it was how it was supposed to look… it was a fade, she should know how it looks. She also didnt talk and only talked in spanish to the other workers about who knows what. I had to go somewhere else to get my hair fixed because she gave me a mullet instead of a taper fade.

Not sure exactly about the person who did my hair, but she completely missed many spots and didn't follow same grade while cutting with the clippers.

Nichole is the best! She is so friendly and has a high attention to detail. I always get compliments from others after my haircuts with her.
I love the atmosphere and how kind the staff is. I had my hair cut by Jackie and she was very meticulous about the look I was going for since I was changing up my typical cut. Even with how busy it was she took her time with me to make sure it was what I wanted and she explained answers to the questions I had.
The employees are very friendly and professional.
Y'all need to make sure you take care of Sophie before someone else offers her a better opportunity. She does a great job, and she engages with her clients better than most. Also, the new location is 10x better than the La Centerra store!!!

Kiana is the best ever! She knows exactly what to say and do. She gives the best haircut, cuts my eyebrows and removes ear hair. I have only used her for the past 5 years and will use nobody else. I like the app and use the Join Lineup feature every time. That way I don't have to sit for so long waiting.
Juanita is great as always. Always friendly and you can tell she cares about her clients. The store employees are also very friendly! Highly recommended this location!
Hailey is absolutely wonderful! My 12 year old son HATES getting his hair cut, has stubborn cowlicks and never likes his hair afterwards. Hailey did his hair and for the first time he was smiling afterwards. We live in the Austin area but make the 2 hour drive to Huntsville to see her.
My barber was unfortunately inexperienced in cutting ethnic hair, leaving patches and using the clippers in a circular motion, which left me no choice but to cut my own hair at home in order to salvage my hair. Ethnic hair should be cut in lines, and against the grain to ensure an even length.

The stylist was superb and friendly.
The hair stylist was friendly and knowledgeable, she had previously cut my hair and a different location I am glad that she is now at a location more accessible to me. I will continue to go to the sports clip location where she is now working.
