First time in my life i had a hair tech argue with me over where i wanted the part in my hair. To the point that she intensionally messed my hair up and told me to use her comb and show her how i want my part.. ive had my hair my entire life, i know how it lays. Also first time i was asked about cut height on side burns and she only cut one side, i had to fix this when i returned home. Also first time i got up from the chair at end of haircut and hair was all over my neck and back, was not properly blown off before taking apron off me. I walked to front of store as she is handing me a towel to remove the hair off me.. Tech’s name was Kayla.

It was a terrible visit. I walk in and a very stressed looking Jess appeared to be the one in charge. She was quite polite but wasn’t sure who she was or if she worked for y’all as she did not have any kind of uniform on. The other girl working was her normal unfriendly self. I can not remember her name, but her main goal was getting out of there. I witnessed this girl ask a guest if he really wanted a haircut because she is about to be off and trying to to leave. While Jess was friendly and talkative, service was not thorough and was rushed. I have been coming to this store monthly since it opened. I think it’s time for me to find a new place. You no longer have anyone outside of Tammy that is worth coming in for
I had a great experience at Sports Clips. The staff was friendly and professional, and my hairdresser did an excellent job and took the time to listen to what I wanted and made sure everything turned out right.
