My regular stylist Heather knows what I want and surpasses expectation every time. When I can't see her, most of the other stylists I've seen have done well, with a few exceptions.

friendly staff and quick service times
Just tried a stylist I've never seen before. He looked at the notes and asked where the cow lick was. I explained and told him to leave it longer in the back, and just trim a little. He trimmed alot, disregarded the notes and my explanations. Probably the worst hair cut I got from sports clips.
